2. What is the Note Plus plan and can I subscribe to it separately?
The Note Plus plan is an exclusive membership tier that cannot be purchased separately. It is unlocked when you buy an AIkonic AI Note device, providing you with 400 minutes of AI transcription per month and premium features at no extra cost.
3. Do unused transcription minutes roll over to the next month?
No. Transcription minutes are refreshed monthly based on your subscription plan. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
4. What happens when I exceed my transcription limit?
Once you’ve reached your monthly limit, you can upgrade to the Pro 1,200 minutes/month) or Unlimited plan to continue using transcription services without interruption.
5. Does it support recording calls from third-party apps?
Yes. AIkonic AI Note can capture high-quality audio from popular apps like WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype, and Zoom via advanced bone conduction sensors. For best results, we recommend using speaker mode or direct device contact, as Bluetooth audio may affect clarity.
6. How do I record audio using my Apple Watch?
Absolutely! You can record audio directly from your Apple Watch using the built-in audio button. Just tap once, and your recording will sync seamlessly across your AI NOTE device, mobile phone, and PC.
7. What AI-powered features does the AIkonic AI Note offer?

10. Can I share my transcripts and summaries?
Yes. You can generate a shareable link for transcripts and summaries. Shared links are valid for 7 days and are view-only by default.
11. Which languages are supported?
AIkonic AI Note supports transcription in over 100 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, and many more.
12. How much storage and recording capacity does the AIkonic AI Note have?
The AIkonic AI Note comes with 64 GB of storage, allowing you to record up to 40 hours of audio.
13. What should I do before deleting my Aikonic AI Note account?
Before deleting your Aikonic AI Note account, please make sure to unlink your AI Note device from your account.
If you delete your account without unlinking, the device will be deactivated and may no longer function properly.
