1. Scope of Application
This policy applies only to products purchased through the official AIKONIC website. Products purchased through unauthorized channels are not eligible for returns or refunds under this policy.
2. Hardware Device Return Policy
2.1 30-Day Return Guarantee
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund without providing a reason.
2.2 Return Conditions
Returned products must:
Be in original condition
Be fully functional
Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to deductions.
2.3 Package Integrity
All accessories provided with the device are considered part of the product bundle and cannot be returned separately.
2.4 Missing or Damaged Items
If returned items are damaged, missing components, or packaging is severely damaged, AIKONIC reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
2.5 User Data Removal
Customers must erase all personal data before returning a device. AIKONIC will perform a factory reset upon receipt to permanently delete any remaining data.

4. Returnless Resolution

Disabling services
Resetting activation status
Unbinding account access
Refund or compensation will be determined based on case review.
5. Accessories Policy
AIKONIC currently does not sell accessories separately. All accessories are provided only as part of the product package and are considered integral components of the device.
Accessories cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged separately. Missing accessories may result in refund deductions.
AIKONIC reserves the right to update this policy if standalone accessories become available in the future.
6. Software & Digital Services
6.1 Refund Eligibility

Technical failure confirmed by AIKONIC
